Whole Body Breathing can be used as a beginning or warm up routine which is effortless and tranquil, focusing on the breath. Bone Marrow Cleansing is a wonderfully effective four movement exercise for cleansing the bones, which integrates the mind’s intent with physical postures. The Bear and Crane Animal Frolics are part of the traditional Animal Frolic Qigong set and the Orca portion was created by Ken Cohen. On this video are portions of the full frolic routine.
