A complete program that is relaxing and restorative. Includes a cleansing warm-up, individual practices (see list below), and concludes with a self-massage. Swimming Dragon Qigong is an energy exercise from China which imitates the serpent-like movement of a dragon coiling its body. It’s known to help normalize the metabolism, increase spinal flexibility, and reduce stress by harmonizing mind, body and breath. The Six Healing Sounds exercise is taken from Mantak Chia. Its purpose is to clear blockages in the major organ systems.

It is best to allow two hours after eating or half hour before a meal. Also, do not practice before going to bed since it may prevent sleep. Like any exercise, it is best to practice on a regular basis.
