This is an ongoing Qigong class open to beginning and advanced students. Since it is not based on a set number of weeks or a specific exercise routine, we learn several routines over a period of time, allowing new students to join at any time. During the winter season for example, we focus on the kidneys and the lungs since the lungs create the energy of the kidneys. To do so, we learn the Animal Frolics and the Six Healing Sounds, but also include other practices. This allows me to blend different approaches resulting from study with four different Masters, emphasizing the special needs of my clientele, the seasonal needs of our bodies and the combination of both active and passive Qigong.
Each class lasts one hour, with multiple time options so you can come more than once a week. Each class is different, but will follow a threefold general format: warm-up, practice, self-massage.
