As an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, I am also certified in Tai Chi, Qigong, Group exercise, Water fitness and Stress Management. I have been in the Health and Wellness industry for 20 years and specialize in mindfulness personal training and adapting exercises and modifying routines to fit the circumstances, injuries or medical conditions of my clients. My passion is to provide the tools and techniques to help clients achieve their fitness goals under any circumstance, and to help them learn to lead healthier lives by designing unique, fun and challenging workouts.  My willingness to meet the client where they are today is matched by my willingness to train them at home, at gyms and virtually via a Zoom platform. I wanted to take a moment to describe my experience training with Wendy Smith.  My previous experience at other facilities used trainers who were in their 20's.  The trainers, although well trained, had little insight into working with an athlete who is well into their 60's.  I'm training to get back to the national amateur tennis senior circuit after a knee injury and surgery in late 2018.  Wendy's expertise is vast and her understanding of working with a senior athlete is outstanding.  I plan on training with her weekly for the foreseeable future and have already reaped tremendous benefits from her insight and direction.
